Specializations

I have a passion for working with individuals from a broad and diverse client base of adolescents and adults, specializing in PTSD, Trauma Recovery, Complex/Developmental Trauma, Substance use/Addictions, Relationship issues, Anxiety, Depression, Adolescent issues, Men’s issues, and career development.  My approach is laid-back, collaborative and relational, offering a safe space where you can be yourself while also being gently challenged to move beyond self-limiting beliefs. I use an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based practices, including EMDR, person-centered, psychodynamic, existential, attachment theory, somatic therapy techniques, family systems theory, and trauma-informed care.

Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you are here.

Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes, it feels like no matter how hard you try to push forward, you’re stuck. As a therapist, I provide a direct yet compassionate space where you can unpack what’s holding you back. I work with adults and adolescents who want to gain control over their lives—whether that means navigating relationships, life stress, or personal growth. Therapy with me feels like a natural conversation, not a lecture, and I believe that laughter deserves a place in the room, too. If you’re ready to challenge old patterns and build something better, let’s talk.

Education and Training

My educational history includes an MA in mental health counseling from Richmont Graduate University and Bachelors in Finance & Management from Valdosta State University. In addition, I bring almost two decades of experience as a former corporate professional with a background in banking.

About Jesse

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, heard, and even a little challenged. My clients appreciate my ability to cut through the noise with honesty and humor while still offering unconditional positive regard. As a former corporate banking professional, I understand the need for autonomy, action, and results. If you’re ready for therapy that’s real, engaging, and built to help you grow, let’s connect.
