Specializations

I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families who are facing a wide range of challenges, such as emotional distress, relationship conflicts, trauma, and anxiety/depression. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you better understand your emotional experiences and strengthen your connections with others. By incorporating attachment-based techniques, I work with clients to explore how early relationships shape current behaviors and interactions. Additionally, I integrate somatic experiencing to help you reconnect with your body and release trauma that may be stored physically. My trauma-informed approach ensures that you feel safe and supported as you explore your emotions and work through past wounds. Together, we’ll address the root causes of your struggles and help you create healthier patterns in your relationships and within yourself.
