Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Zachary has earned a degree in art while living in New Orleans. He is deeply inspired by the impressionism movement in art history. In his personal work, this inspiration can be seen with the utilization of techniques from Monet, such as the use of loose brushstroaks, and a focus on capturing feeting moments in time, and mindfulness of that present moment.
To him, art is not merely a visual experience but a profound means of expressing complex emotions and forging a deep connection to the world. In his perspective, creating art is a form of communication that transcends words, allowing individuals to convey the nuances of their feelings and experiences in ways that words often fall short.
When a client requests, Zachary seamlessly incorporates art into therapy sessions, utilizing various mediums to facilitate emotional expression and introspection for his clients. Through this unique blend of traditional therapy and artistic expression, Zachary creates a personalized and enriching environment for self-discovery and well-being.
