I work with people from every community and stage of life, including LGBTQ+ people, couples, families, and people suffering from addiction, trauma, spiritual issues, grief and loss, and mood disorders. I utilize a trauma-informed lens, with an attachment-based, systemic, and person-centered framework. I also integrate somatic and narrative techniques.  I provide a warm and judgment-free space to facilitate authentic connection. My goal is to help you build a life in which you can find joy and freedom. You have already begun that process by looking for help. You no longer have to walk with this pain by yourself.
