As your therapist, I aim to start with where you are in learning your story and allowing you freedom and space to talk out your burdens in a relaxed environment.  We are often unaware of how life changes are affecting us in our bodies, and we find ourselves searching for healing from physical pain.  I will use evidence-based practices and techniques to help you reframe your narrative through them.  I am incredibly passionate about working with couples and families looking for ways to thrive and live life purposefully and passionately.  Suppose you are navigating a past relationship or pursuing a new one.  In that case, I will walk alongside you on your journey.  

American Cuisine is my all-time favorite. That would be chicken fingers, fries, hotdogs, burgers, steak and potatoes! 

I enjoy working out on my mini trampoline, singing and going to theme parks.
