I understand that seeking help can be a daunting step, especially when dealing with deepseated trauma and mental health issues. My approach is laid-back, compassionate and tailored to each individual, ensuring that you feel heard, understood, and supported throughout your journey.
Clinical Mental Health Counselor
I utilize evidence-based practices, taking an integrated approach including personcentered, cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, existential, attachment theory, somatic therapy techniques, family systems theory, and trauma-informed care, to help you develop effective coping strategies and regain control of your life.
When appropriate, I believe laughter and humor have a place in the counseling room. For men facing unique pressures and societal expectations, I provide a safe space to explore these challenges and build resilience.
For adolescents struggling with the complexities of growing up, I offer guidance to help them confidently navigate their developmental years.
Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, or the lingering effects of trauma, I am here to help you find your path to healing and recovery. My goal is to empower you to
overcome your challenges and achieve a more balanced and fulfilling life.
